General Job Responsibility
* Doing inspection before welding complies with the documents to be referred such as ITP, Client Requirement, Welding Procedure Sheet, Application Standard, drawing, Welder Qualification Record/Register, verify joint preparation and tack welding as per approved drawing and WPS, verify welding consumable storage, handling and issuance against the approved procedures, verify material trace ability, record all related data.
* Doing inspection during welding includes welding process and joint preparation compliance to WPS and Standard Requirements, verification of qualified welder, to inspect preheating as WPS used, verify if all essential variables stated on the approved WPS are being followed, verify the availability and adequacy of weather protection, maintain log all related data.
* Doing inspection after welding, visual inspections of weld appearance comply with specification and client requirement, inspect of the correct joint and welder identification, to check and witness NDT activities, compile all inspection records/ reports for documentation.
* To check and doing inspection activities in the event of repair comply with approved procedures.
* Reviewing drawing and related documents, preparing material take-off, issuing material for fabrication, erection supervision.
* Preparing progress report, interpretation of project technical requirements, specification and correctness of the work being done.
* Provide direct liaison with client representative and subcontractor's personnel.
* Scheduling job description considering of tools, equipments of fabrication of shop to get effectively works.

* Report to Engineering Manager and Monitoring Product Manufacturing Progress and ensure that the yard supplied with correct material and drawings to meet the customer specification.
