- Organizes well completion team to develop optimal well completion schemes as a part of the Fields Development Plan (FDP).
- Supervises and participates in the development of effective well completion programs, ensuring these are in accordance with the FDP, and that they are "operations friendly", efficient and cost effective.
- Prepares detailed proposals for all well completion programs. Includes identifying expenditure including materials for "down hole" operations, prepares AFE's as an attachment to program, including a detailed technical program and submits for partner review and approval.
- Conducts well site observations and inspections of well completion, work over and other operations carried out by Company and contractors employees to ensure work is being carried out in accordance with program. Instructs contractor on details of work at well site. Provides timely technical input to optimize activities and determines operational changes to be made by contractor in case of minor and major problems and emergencies.
- Provides comments to Operations personnel to assist them in optimizing drilling programs.
- Prepares detailed plans and service orders for contractors or materials in a manner which ensures smooth progress of the work over program. Includes controlling the consumption of Company supplied materials and equipment during completion and work over operations carried out by contractors. Ensures that the rig is operated economically.
- Provides technical support to the procurement process in terms the development of specifications and the technical evaluation of bids for purchasing or ordering of services, equipment and materials for well completions, such as rig services, pumps, tubing and well heads, etc.
- Takes corrective measures in case of emergency to safeguard personnel, the well and equipment.
- Reviews and endorses 'service companies' operational records and reports to ensure compliance with the terms of the contract.
- Verifies detailed daily costs and presents them in summary form for daily, phased and cumulative expenditure reports per well. Prepares activity reports which include the consumption of material, equipment and general progress of work.
- Reviews, from a technical perspective, all well test and completion data, to ensure that all the acquired data is tabulated and that operation processes are described properly and incorporated in well reports.
- Observes and ensures that Company and contractor employees at the well site abide by safe work practices, rules and regulations and pollution precaution instructions.
- Coordinates with partners for abandon procedure and others relative work assigned by line manager.

- Mesure: team of 20 wells technicians, related to wells parameters, shut in times, wells operations, flow lines, well heads…. And their integrity, test the sub-surface safety valves, surface safety valves …

Service mesure is a wells department we manage 42 producer wells and 11 gas injection wells and some water producer wells.
