Project Development Manager (Honduras) from the Feasibility Study through to Financial Closure for three (3) x15MW (Net) Renewable (Biomass) Projects with
International Applied Engineering (IAE) and Nations Energy Inc. (NEI),
(Guaimaca, San Pedro Sula, La Cieba, Honduras) Financial Close: August
1998. Retained minority equity position in all Projects. Negotiated
PPA, EPC, and O&M Agreements, in conjunction with Honduran partner (all in Spanish).
Project /Construction Manager ( Argentina) for Dominion Energy ( Richmond, Va) in the Acquisition of Existing Power Plant Infrastructure in Argentina. Asset due diligence, consolidation technical/commercial studies and cost estimates. Led Project Team and Construction Management of the rehabilitation/relocation and upgrade to Combined Cycle of several CTGùþs from various sites to consolidate at gas wellhead plant site.
Developed specifications, evaluated bids and negotiated EPC contracts for all power generation asset rehabilitation and combined cycle (All in Spanish). Acted as Owners Engineer to supervise all construction ( based in Argentina)

* Removal of old existing FT8 and installation of GE Frame 5/25 MW Simple Cycle CTG, for WAPDA, St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. Direct hire non union workforce with P/L responsibility. This project utilized a Construction Crew from Puerto Rico and was run completely in Spanish on site.
* Contract Manager for the upgrade project for GE Fr7 to Combined Cycle operation for WAPDA at St Thomas. Developed specifications, evaluated bids and negotiated contract for the HRSG and all auxilaries.
