EXPERIENCE:
1. Worked from Dec. 1994 to Feb. 1997 as a AutoCAD Mechanical Draughtsman / documents controller with PETROVEL PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY LTD. The job involved to prepare all related drawings with aided computer i.e. Mechanical fabrication drawings, Piping plan with concerned valves symbols drawings. Mechanical structural drawings, Machine erection plans, Machine drawing, Machine parts dissemble, Tanks, Vessels, Electrical wiring diagram, Isometric view drawing, Particular reference to make separate layers for steam pipes, Water pipes, Gas pipes, Air pipes, Acid pipes and given different colors to indicate different pipe lines. Also I have got through knowledge of Auto Cad designs and 3D modeling.
As a document controllers my job involved to maintain all venders documents and drawings of our company (organized and controlling projects deliverables, such as drawings, specifications, operating manuals, vender submittals, filling system, & document flow procedures,) like as per different company projects completed in our plant (civil construction, mechanical construction, QC, testing, electrical, centralized A/c, estimates, purchasing orders, material supplying orders etc.) and all drawings, alignment drawing and transparent drawings with safe steel cabinets, data sheets or specification sheet. If documents or drawings need to our plant of different sections, I given by Xerox copy, I used both Xerox machines A4, A3 to A1, A0 & I maintain records to needed given Xerox documents and drawings copies.
2. Worked from April 97 to Nov. 2002 as a Auto Cad Mechanical Draughtsman/ Auto Cad Designer using both software AutoCAD R14, R 2000, 3D modeling & micro station 95 (Mechanical Fabrication Division & Mechanical Construction) with Build-Tech Construction (P) Ltd.
The job involved prepare & design all related drawings with aided computer (R 14 & 2000 & 3D modeling micro station 95) I can operate or draw drawings both software as per our company needed are different projects requirement. in Mechanical fabrication drawings, Steel tanks, Vessels, Steel plate form, Steel stairs, Mechanical structure, Mechanical shades, Telecommunication tower, Multi uses piping plans & alignment drawings, data sheet with concerned equipment (different types of multi uses valves, pumps, motors, compressors, boilers, turbines, heat exchanger, tanks, etc. with standard or international ASME symbols), machine erection plans isometric drawings and other related mechanical workshop drawings.
3. Short term job: Mechanical Draftsman (micro station) with GASCO HABSHAN PIPE DIVISION ABU-DHABI. I draw all pipe line (P & ID) drawings using micro station like LPG, Sulphur Acid and Water with different sizes pipe line dia 6", 12", 18", 24", 48" etc. & modification of pipe line drawings in plant including different types of remote operated valves & manual operated valves, motors, from launcher station to receiving station, alignment drawing, data sheets and other related works.
