 JOB PROFILE
 1.In BAPCO, LSDP Project, Kingdom of BAHRAIN
Bahrain Petroleum Company's (BAPCO) Low Sulphur Production Project (LSDPP) consists of 60,000 BSPD Hydro Cracking Unit,100 MMSCFD Hydrogen Plant and 340 TPD Sulphur Recovery Unit.
* Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for the Pre- commissioning and Commissioning activities like Air Blowing, Water Flushing, Steam Blowing, Tightness Test, Drying, Inerting, Leak Test, Functional Test, Mechanical Run in of Pumps & Compressors, Refractory Dry out of Furnaces, System Drying of equipment and Reactors, System Leak Test with high pressure Hydrogen with a pressure of 2600psi, Steam Purging, Diesel Flushing and Naphtha Flushing etc.
* Responsibilities include Start up and operation of Potable water/Fire water, Plant air/Instrument air, Fuel gas, Flare, Steam, Nitrogen system etc.
 2.In PDOC, Port Sudan, Republic of SUDAN
Petrodar Operating Company Ltd. (PDOC) developed Melut Basin Oil Development Project and built Bashayer 2 Crude Oil Marine Terminal at Port Sudan near Red Sea for oil storage and shipping.
* Duties & Responsibilities: Routine checking of utilities like Power Generators, Hot Oil circulation system, Instrument Air System, Fire water/potable water system, Crude oil storage tank change over, Crude oil sample collection, Scrapper removal and launching, Continuous monitoring of crude oil loading to ship, Diesel unloading from road tankers, Routine operations of diesel/flushing oil storage tanks, Hot oil heaters, Crude oil heat exchangers, Pressure Reduction unit etc.
* Responsible for the commissioning of floating roof/cone roof storage tanks, different pumps and pipelines.
 3. In PETROFAC International Ltd, GEORGIA, Former Soviet Union
BTC Pipeline Project is a Baku (Azerbaijan) –Tbilisi (Georgia)-Ceyhan (Turkey) 1760 km long crude oil pipeline starting from Azerbaijan (Sanghachal-Caspian Sea) to Turkey (Isenderun Bay-Ceyhan Terminal- Mediterranean) through Georgia. This pipeline can transport maximum 1,011,000 BPD of Crude oil.
The facility consisted of 5 Sulzer crude oil pumps driven by Solar Turbines, Filter units, Wax handling, Custody Metering, Power Generators(DG Sets),Surge system, Crude Topping Unit(Diesel Production Unit ),Scrapper Receiver & Launcher and utilities.
* Duties & Responsibilities: Led the Pre commissioning, Commissioning and Start up activities of the above systems. Completed internal inspections of Vessel/Column/Heater/Storage tanks, System flushing, Diesel flushing, Inerting, Nitrogen-Helium leak test, Functional/Logic test, Service test, Refractory dry out of Heater, Mechanical run in of Pumps, Compressors and Turbines etc.
* Responsibilities include preparing Commissioning procedures & Method statements, As built drawings, Consolidating punch lists, Technical Queries (TQ), Scheduling Vendors, Preparing hand over certificates and hand over packs as per Guidance On Certification (GOC).
* Additional assignments as the in charge of commissioning of two Gas Facilities (SCP-South Cocasious Pipeline project), one on the border with Azerbaijan, the other on the border of Turkey. Gas facilities are comprised of Custody Metering, Gas Heaters, Pressure Reduction, Filters, Scrapper Receiver & Launcher, Power Generators and utilities. Completed internal inspection of Vessels, System flushing, drying of gas system, Nitrogen-Helium leak test, Functional/Logic test, Service test, Mechanical run in of Pumps & Fans etc.
 4. In Reliance Refinery, Jamnagar, Gujarat, INDIA
Reliance's ISO 9002 & ISO 14001 certified Refinery having a Petroleum Refining Complex, an Aromatic/Petrochemical complex, a Power Generation Complex, Rail/Road/Marine terminal complex etc. Refinery has the capacity to process 225000 BPSD of Crude oil.
* Duties & Responsibilities: Assigned to the Refinery oil movement and storage facilities as a "Process Operator". Responsible for the management of different oil, intermediate and finish product movements in Refinery Tank Farm (RTF).
* Routine operation of LPG Dryers, LPG/Propylene Spheres, and different storage tanks handling Crude Oil, Vacuum Residue, Vacuum Gas Oil, Different types Gasoline, Different types Naphtha, Different types Diesel, Aviation Turbine Fuel, Kerosene, Methanol, Benzene, Ortho & Para Xylene, Light Refformate, TAME, Tame Refformate, Light Cycle Oil, Refinery Fuel Oil, Different types Slops etc.
 5.In CLP POWER India Ltd, C C P P, INDIA
CLP Power India Ltd. is a 655MW Combined Cycle Power Plant fuelled by both Natural Gas and Naphtha.
* Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for the day to day management of Naphtha/HSD Tank farm, Gas Heaters, Water bath Heaters, Mineralised water plant, Demineralised water plant(DM Water), RO water plant, Chemical storage and Effluent Treatment facilities for Combined Cycle Power Generation plant.
* Responsibilities include unloading/handling of NaOH, H2SO4, HCl, Chlorine Toners, Ammonia and Hydrazine. Routine operation checking of Naphtha Centrifuge.
* Other responsibilities are Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly production reports, Raising work orders in MAXIMO 4i system, Follow up of maintenance, Preparation and maintaining of different log sheets, Attending safety meeting, Updating of chemical consumption and stock, Manpower arrangements as per day to day shift duties, Continuous monitoring and control of production parameters, Regeneration of Cation & Anion vessels etc.
 6.In GAIL, LPG Recovery Plant, Vaghodia, INDIA
The ISO 9002 and ISO 14001 certified plant is designed to process 2.5 MMSCMD at 72.9 Kg/cm2 and 350C of Sweetened, Dehydrated and Dew Point Depressed Natural Gas receiving from Hazira ONGC Plant. The plant comprises of Dew pointing Unit (Cryogenic via Turbo Expander), Re-compression, Fired Heaters, LPG Distillation units for the recovery of LPG, LPG Storage & loading, CNG Compressor station, Pressure Swing Adsorption unit (PSA) and utilities.
* Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for the operation of equipment and systems in LPG Recovery plant, LPG Storage & Loading, CNG Compressor station and utilities, Continuous monitoring of process parameters and equipment, proper change over of pumps/compressors/filters/fans/spheres etc.
* Assigned for Major Shutdown, Pressure test and start up of LPG Recovery plant/LPG Spheres/LPG Bullets. Completed Plant Shutdown, Depressurization, Inerting, Air Purging, Hydro Testing of LPG Spheres/ Bullets/ Pressure Vessels / Pipe lines, Pressure Testing of Hot Oil Heater/ Reboilers/ Heat Exchangers, Internal Inspection of Fractionation Columns/ Hot Oil Heater/ LPG Spheres / Bullets /Pressure Vessels, Plant start up after major shutdown.
 7. In ADMA OPCO, Zakum West, Abu Dhabi Offshore
Assigned as a Commissioning Operator to commission equipment and systems of an offshore gas re-injection platform. The platform consists of Crude oil Collector Separator (CSU), Propane Refrigeration unit, Gas Dehydration unit and two stages Centrifugal Gas Injection Compressor(Dresser Rand-France) driven by Rolls Royce Avon Gas Turbine compressing gas from 1200 psi to 5700 psi.
* Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for internal inspections of Vessels, System flushing, Inerting, Leak test, Functional/Logic test, Service test, Mechanical run in of Pumps, Compressors and Turbines etc. Routine operation of CSU, Propane Refrigeration unit, Gas Dehydration unit and utilities.
 8. In ONGC Ltd, CPF Gandhar &GPC Hazira, Gujarat, INDIA
* Duties & Responsibilities: HAZIRA SITE: Responsible for operating equipment and systems in a Gas Processing Complex (GPC) designed to process 20 MMNM3 / Day of Gas and Condensate. The complex comprises of LPG Recovery unit, Condensate Fractionation unit (CFU), Gas Dehydration (TEG), Gas Sweetening (MDEA) and Dew Point Depression unit (Propane Refrigeration).
* GANDHAR SITE: Responsible for the Commissioning, Start up and Operation of equipment and systems of Central Processing Facilities(CPF).The plant comprises of Condensate Fractionation Unit(CFU),Crude Stabilization Unit(CSU),Gas Dehydration Unit(GDU), Hot oil unit, Off-gas Compression station, Gas Injection Unit(GIU),Crude / LPG / NGL Storage &Loading facilities and utilities.
* Other responsibilities are the Continuous monitoring of process parameters and equipment, proper change over of pumps/compressors/filters/fans/spheres/tanks etc.
* Assigned for the Commissioning of Condensate Fractionation Unit (CFU), Gas Dehydration Unit (GDU), Gas Injection Unit (GIU) and utilities.
