A) BECHTEL

a) Achieved an Excellent Safety Standard upon completion of Commissioning for the entire Habshan OGD-II Project by crossing 33,000,000 Million Man Hours without any L.T.A. (lost Time Accident).
b) Stabilised all the Units of OGD-II Project successfully in a record time after the Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning were over.

B) SAUDI ARAMCO
a) Suggested for the installation of an additional Slug Catcher (upstream of N.G.L. Recovery unit at Berry Gas plant) to overcome the problem of Severe Choking of plant inlet Slug Catcher located in the Marjan Feed Gas line.

b) Forwarded a "Foaming Action Plan" to solve the frequent Foaming problem inside DGA Contactor in the Gas Sweetening Unit.

c) Suggested for changes in the Process parameters of Gas Dehydration Section (Molecular Sieve based) to solve the problem of inadequate Dehydration.

C) GAS AUTHORITY OF INDIA LIMITED (GAIL)
a) Suggested to enhance the L.E.F. (Light Ends Fractionator) Column bottom temperature in order to solve the problem of "ETHANE (C2) Carryover" to the next L.P.G. Column which was subsequently causing the high pressure in L.P.G. Column as well as in Storage Spheres.

b) Presented a Paper in Brain-storming session highlighting the method to decrease the R.V.P. (Reid Vapour Pressure) of N.G.L. to carry out safer transportation.

c) Suggested for further fractionation of by-product N.G.L. to produce the Value-added product Special Boiling Point (S.B.P.) Solvent (50/120) as the Tower bottom product having very strong marketing potential unlike N.G.L.

d) Suggested to install an additional Feed Gas Dehydrator as well as a Cold Box (Chiller) by-pass Exchanger in order to increase the plant throughput. The latter is to cool the plant Feed gas further by utilising the Turbo-Expander outlet stream.

D) HINDUSTAN FERTILISER CORPORATION LIMITED (HFCL)

a) Suggested for increased utilisation of Waste Heat to generate more Process Steam so as to implement "Zero Import Steam" concept.

b) Acted on Modification scheme to convert all Naphtha fired burners (Primary Reformer) to Gas fired ones, thus saving a considerable amount of Revenues normally accrued otherwise due to very high import price of Naphtha.

c) Saved the plant from what could have been a Major Disaster, by finally being able to take a "Safe Shutdown", when "Process Naphtha Vapouriser Convection Coil Failure" occurred in Ammonia Plant.
