Providing geologist and management services to the petroleum industry. Supervise up to 16 operations geologist, geophysicist, petrophysicist, reservoir engineers and drilling engineers who make up teams for the exploration and development of oil and gas fields. The primary operations function is to prepare and evaluate prospects using well logs, seismic data and production data. Presentations are made to management of the oil company for funding of drilling, workovers and recomplition projects. Recommendations made for drilling locations and production zones based on available information. Provide primary well site geology and supervision to do quality control of all well site geological contractors and evaluate the well from cuttings, mud log, MWD/LWD Log, Wire Line Logs and other available information while the well is being drilled. Pick coring points, casing points and test points.

Development and Well Site Geologist, provide quality control of wellsite geological activities (wireline, MWD/LWD, Coring, Mud Logging), correlating wellsite data with expected data on exploration wells, appraisal wellsand developmental wells.
Prepared prospects for drilling exploration, appraisal and development wells using seismic, well logs and production data (Unam 16, 17, Ogarafee, Ologbo 1-8, Ewe 1, 2, Ona 1& 2 and others). Personally sat on three to six wells per year as a well site geologist and evaluated performance of other geological contractors. Trained entry level geologist in well site duties, seismic interpretation and mapping.

Prepared and evaluated drilling prospects and evaluating producing wells in various fields using well logs, seismic data and production data. Made presentations to various oil companies for funding of the projects. Sat the wells to do quality control on all geological data and evaluate the performance of contractors. Wrote detailed geological reports and recommendations. Promoted the consulting services to oil companies to secure new contracts.

Sat on wells as well site geologist when needed, Drilling supervisor on wells as necessary. Made presentations to management and investors.
Wrote a conservative business plan to attract new investors and contractors. High graded projects, Managed all personnel and operations on a day to day basis. Recruited and evaluated new employees and hired contract workers as needed for geology, engineering and production departments. Monitored daily production and performance of oil and gas wells, employees and contractors.
