May, 2005 to June, 2006:

* Working at the Well services base office & planning all conceivable aspects of work over operations in nine jack up & two modular rigs in Mumbai offshore.
* The job involves water shut off, ESP & GLV installation, SRDH / MRDH, single & dual completion, gas well completion, etc.

* WORKOVER SUPERVISOR/ COMPANY Rep./RIG MANAGER in chartered rigs, ONGC owned Ingersol Rand rigs & Operations Manager for few months controlling seven work over rigs.
* Responsible for execution of Work-Over & completion operations, monitoring the efficiency of Rig & its crew efficiency so that job gets executed accurately in optimal time in a safe way with minimum down time.
* Planned & executed capital over haul of an IR Rig & a Cardwell Rig.
Feb 1991 to April 2002:
DRILLER/ TOOL PUSHER/RIG MANAGER IN ONSHORE WORK OVER MOBILE ROTARY RIGS
On hand experience & Responsibility for all the operations involved, right from killing a well to its completion as listed below: -
* Subduing the well with proper kill weight fluid. Loss control if any.
* Pulling out completion string. Fishing of stuck packer, snapped tubing, wire line/logging tools & cables, in single/dual completion.
