Mr. Newman has worked exclusively in the Cuu Long Basin in offshore Vietnam for the past eight months. He has become an expert on SMT (Kingdom) interpretation workstations. During this time, the company has discovered one major oil gas pools in the Lower Oligocene formation. The company's exploration license expires on December 6, 2007.

Geophysical Microcomputer (International) Ltd.
Mr. Newman co-founded GMA (TSE) in 1982. Mr. Newman resigned as President and CEO in March, 2001 and remained Chairman until September, 2001. GMA was the world's largest supplier of geophysical modeling software, selling its product in over 55 countries. Mr. Newman was twice nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year in Alberta. GMA sold its software assets to Halliburton(Geographix) for $6.8 (U.S.) million in 2000. Mr Newman has two life time licenses of Geographix geophysical software.
