* Responsibilities include monitoring plant operation, shut downs, CAPEX(Capital Expenditures for new equipment) and OPEX(Operating Expenditures) for gas processing plants in southern region of Pakistan with an annual budget of US$ 7 Million.
* Identify training needs of the plants maintenance engineers, technicians for rotary and static disciplines, schedule the training programs and pass on to respective department (OGTI) for implementation.
* To review budgetary demands for maintenance facility expansion jobs, analyze job listing and recommend for management approval for various gas plants. Coordinate/follow up with plant shut down maintenance teams till completion of jobs.
* Coordinate for shut down spares, sourcing of various types of equipment & machinery, coordinate with OEM vendor supports for different rotary machinery.
