STIONNARY EQUIPMENT INSPECTION:

* Detailed internal inspection of vessels, columns, drums, tanks, rectors, stack,
* Preparation of inspection reports based on detailed internal inspection of the equipment maintaining of inspection history (Documentations) & recommendations repair procedure as per code and standard for safe reliable service of plant.
* Hydrostatic & Pneumatic leak testing of vessels. PAGE NO 01-03
* NDT methods inside vessels such as DPT, MPT,UT Thickness measurement as a part of condition monitoring (During every Turnaround and as per Plant requirement)
* Thickness monitoring of in service vessels, columns, drums, tanks, & heat exchangers of continuous condition monitoring.
* Collection of data to prepare inspection job packages to be implemented during the turnaround to focus the problem areas when the equipment is opened.
* Study / discussion / history preparation after any incident occurs so as to stop it from reoccurring.
* Final inspection before box-up to ensure leakage free plant startup.

VIBRATION MOINTERING:

* Vibration monitoring of different equipment e.g. Pumps, Steam Turbine & Gas Turbine, Blowers, & Compressors (Co2, NH3, Synthesis Gas, Air Compressor)
* Using instrument (Intake IRD Data Pac -1500 & Bently Nevada & ADRE) Routine & planned casing vibration monitoring of rotary equipment using (TK 81 & Data Pac)
* To make reports & informed concern department for maintenance.

HEAT EXCHANGER / BOILERS / FURNACES:

* Visual inspection of heat exchanger, air cooler, boiler, furnaces etc.
* Preparation of inspection reports, maintaining of inspection history & recommending repair options for the equipment.
* Routine inspection of furnace catalyst tubes to see any abnormality like glowing tube or overheated red-hot tube & their temperature measurements.
* Witnessing hydrostatic & leak testing / SFT of heat exchanger, air cooler, boilers.
* NDT techniques inside the furnace, boiler & heat exchanger like thickness measurement of furnace, boiler & heat exchanger tubes & their parts.

PIPING INSPECTION:

* To plan the day to day activities for welding and inspection in the site.
* To witness the bevel P.T and ID of the existing pipe and check the fit up of
The tie- in joints.
* Inspection of joints visually, before, during & after welding
* To select the NDT (RT,UT,MT,PT) methods for joints as per the ITP& service
* To witness the Non Destructive Testing like PT &MPI, Interpretation of RT films
PMI reports & PWHT charts,
* Preparations of punch list and hydrotest packages.
* Thickness monitoring of in service critical plant piping to ensure reliable / incident free plant operation.
* UT Thickness monitoring based replacement recommendations to avoid any failure.
* External visual inspection of pipeline to see any rust / corrosion & also the condition of pipe supports especially of steam network. PAGE NO 02-03

WELDING:

* Visual welding inspection such as VT / DPT / MPT / & RT.

MOSTLY USED NDT TECHNIQUES:

* Ultrasonic thickness measurement (Panametrics 36 DL Plus + Software V 2.00 & DM-4 DL, DM-3 & DM-2) use for piping vessels, columns, drums, tanks, rectors, stack, & exchangers.

* Radiographic testing (Ir 192).
* MPT (Fluorescent & Contrast Paint Both)
* Hydrostatic & Pneumatic leak testing.
* Material Analysis (Alloy Analyzer X-Met 880)
* Coating thickness measurement using Delta Scope MP-2c.
* Holiday testing of under ground piping after coating / wrapping.
* Hardness measurements.

* Pre-cleaning inspection of vessels, columns, drums, tanks, & heat exchangers.
* Generate pre-cleaning inspection reports.
* Post cleaning inspection.
* Generate detail report given recommendations for corrective action.
* Final inspection before Box-up to ensure plant start-up with zero leakage.

PLANT COMMISSIONING EXPEREINCE:

FFBL is a pr-owned ammonia plant. During its construction phase I was involved in details internal inspection of all the vessels, columns, drums, tanks, & heat exchangers & piping welding & different other NDT techniques inspect vessels, columns, drums, tanks, & heat exchangers generate & given recommendation to rectify problems.

CONSTRUCTION FILED EXPERIENCE:
