FLUOR DANIEL INC. PHILS
YANBU NATIONAL PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX UTILITIES & OFFSITE PROJECT (Mar 2006 to May 2007)
Yanbu U&O Plant is a Utilities Plant that supply utilities fluids to the other plants located in the same complex, in Yanbu KSA. Utilities materials includes steam, water, fuel oil, fuel gas, compressed air.
Responsibility includes Instrument Engineering such datasheet generation of Temperature, Level, Pressure and Flow Instruments, and Technical Bid Evaluation.
Performed Factory Acceptance Test in Singapore Yokogawa and IPS (Triconex) for the DCS and ESD and FGS. Triconex's Tricon / Tristation Systems and Yokogawa's Centum CS 3000 were used for ESD/FGS and DCS, respectively.
SAUDI PETROCHEMICAL CORPORATION POPLYPROPELYNE EXPANSION PROJECT (May 2007 to Present)
An Expansion project of existing Polypropylene Plant in Al-Jubail KSA.
Responsibility includes Instrument Engineering such datasheet generation of Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Pressure Regulator, Pressure Relief Valve, Restriction Orifice, Temperature, Level, Pressure and Flow Instruments. Eventually becomes the Engineering Checker and Lead, and Design Checker, responsible for engineering and design coordination activities with Home Office (Fluor Haarlem) counterparts and other disciplines.
ELECTROWATT-EKONO PHILIPPINES, INC. (March 2005 to February 2006)
UPPC CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED BED (CFB) BOILER PROJ.
A Coal-Fed Boiler project which aims to replace the client's existing Fuel-Fed Boiler for the Generation of Electric Power for usage within their Pulp and Paper Plant.
CONTROL AND INSTRUMENT DESIGN ENGINEER
Responsibility includes Instrument Engineering such datasheet generation of Valves, Temperature, Level, Pressure and Flow Instruments, Detailed Design such as Instrument Wiring, Instrument Piping, Hook-up Design, Connection Diagrams, Loop Diagrams. Control and Logic Diagram for Electrowatt's scope systems which includes Light Fuel Oil, Steam Condensate, Compressed Air, and Solids Handling Systems

Supervision on Execution of C&I Works at Project Site.
Performed DCS Factory Acceptance Test in Yokogawa Thailand. Yokogawa's Centum CS 3000 was used.
