1. Estimates done for six major stages of the projects: Preliminary Scoping Study (PDS), Scoping Study (SS), and Engineering Design Scope (EDS). These estimates are prepared in EICURAS. Design Based Memorandum (DBM) and Detailed Estimate (DD) estimates prepared in Excel.
 Co-ordinate overall development of estimates (Class II, III, IV)
 Preparing schedule and monitoring the progress of the Contractors.
 Coordinating the overall project estimating, schedule, cost analysis and change management activities.
2. Preparing forecast for the entire year and monitoring "KPI" for different Mini Business Unit (MBU) on monthly basis and reporting the progress to the management.
