1.Detailed Engineering:
Expertise in engineering design of instrumentation and control system. Actively involved in the following engineering activities as LEAD / TASKFORCE ENGINEER.
Review of Client supplied documents, Drawings and Project Specifications.
Preparation of data sheets and specification for field instruments and Control Valves etc. for "Material Requisition".
Guidance and leading of DESIGNERS & DRAFTPERSONS for development of hook-ups, instrument installation details, instrument support fabrication details, instrument MTO, junction box layout & terminal details, interconnection diagram, cable ladder & support details, cable schedule etc.,
Review of P&ID and preparation of Instrument index, I/O list for DCS, ESD & F&G, Control Schemes, Logic and sequence diagram, Inst. loop diagram etc.,
Co-ordination with other discipline and review of their drawings & documents etc. for smooth and quality work in the project task force.
Co-ordination with Procurement and review of Vendor documents & drawings, interaction with Suppliers for technical queries and preparation of Technical Bid Evaluation.

2. Field Engineering.
Involved as Field Design Engineer in co-ordination with Site / Projects under BECTEL / RELIANCE JAMNAGAR for their gross -root Refinery complex in India for the following Field Engineering activities at site.
Preparation of the FINAL layout drawing for Instrumentation cable trays (Main) from CCR to various plants / Complexes in PDS/PDMS in co-ordination with construction team of the respective plant /complex and Projects.
Preparation of FINAL routing instrumentation cables from CCR to various plants / complexes by using BECTEL software called "SET ROUTE"
Preparation of FINAL instrument location drawings in co-ordination with Construction team.
Preparation FINAL / Revision of instrumentation bulk MTO in co-ordination with Construction team.
Participation in meeting with construction team / Projects and making corrective actions like changes in the drawings & Documents and AS BUILT correction as per the site modification.
Development of Hook-ups, Instrument installation details, Instrument support fabrication details, Instrument MTO, Junction box layout & terminal details, Interconnection diagram, Cable ladder & support details, cable schedule etc.,
