I have a rich and diverse career in HSE matters: six years of building & metal construction activities; eleven years employed by oil and gas companies (including assistance in petroleum consulting and engineering services) and LNG.
I lead and animate teams of HSE of projects (technicians, advisors and engineers) since my first coordinator's leading part in 1990 at Elf-Atochem South East Europe. I coordinated until thirty in charge of or responsible for safety and prevention on several various projects of construction.
In my role of management I was responsible for the interfaces and co-ordination between the contractor and the company, my responsibilities also included the implementation of risk assessments and work methods to ensure all safe practices were implemented to avoid accidents and to compile method of the analysis by the tree of the causes in an effort to stimulate the active or passive work force employed on the project.
In addition I possess the ability to effectively take control in the event of, emergency and evacuation.
During my contract at Dupont de Nemours, TotalFinaElf and ExxonMobil I acquired the necessary knowledge for the management: Team Strategy ; Risk Assessments & work permit systems utilizing the Dupont S.T.O.P. program ; the Safety EXCELLNCE ExxonMobil's QHSE Challenger System & Training.
My main duties are specializing in Health Safety and Environment as well as prevention which I have successfully carried out on several major projects throughout the world.
My recent projects were carried out in Yemen, Mexico, United Arab Emirates and Iran. With a particular focus on the studies of dealing with the immediate understanding of the problems of coordination, prevention supervising simultaneous operations and superposed works.

YLNG Project (TOTAL Group 45% invst - 4 Milliard US $.)
HSE Project Management Representative during Pipeline Spread Construction on a 320 km distance (Rocky Plateau and Desert) Yemen LNG is a two billion-dollar initiative set up to develop natural gas reserves estimated at 10 trillion cubic feet in eastern Yemen. Under the project a 320-kilometer main gas pipeline is to be built to transport over one billion cubic feet of natural gas per day between the Ma'rib fields to an LNG plant at Balhaf on the Gulf of Aden, where large storage and berthing facilities is also being constructed. The project was originally scheduled for 2001, but weak demand for LNG delayed its start.( June 2002: Partners ExxonMobil and Hunt Oil have informed the Yemeni government of their desire to withdraw from the project.)
