I have completed my graduation in Electronics & Instrumentation and have experience as Control and Instrumentation engineer for around 2 years. I am well versed with development softwares like SCADA and programming languages like PLC and C programming. Moreover I am a self - motivated individual. I had also undergone training in SCADA and PLC programming from CEDTI, Calicut. I am looking for a more challenging environment to employ my skills and talents.

Trainings undertaken
* Yokogawa DCS CENTUM CS 3000
Underwent training in Distributed Control System of Yokogawa which includes Complex & Simple loop generation for process control and it's debugging. Graphical Interface in Operator Stations and it's linking to the process are carried out.

* Plant Resource Management
Got training in Yokogawa's Plant Resource Manager (PRM) R2.05.00 which involves the management and maintenance of field devices. Training includes the configuration of PRM tool.PRM can access devices with field communication such as Foundation Fieldbus & HART.

* PLC (AB&SIEMENS)
Troubleshooting and maintenance of analog and digital controllers for process controlling using PLCs. Programming of Allen Bradley (SLC 5/02 and 5/04) using APS & RSlogix500 and SIEMENS (CPU 314 & 315-2 DP).

* SCADA (iFix, LABVIEW DCS) System developments
Design, Implementation of SCADA and DCS based Systems. HMI development using SCADA software. Interfacing of data acquisition systems developed with PC cards (pcl 816 & 727) and PLCs.

Design (Control & Instrumentation) Engineer.
Installation, Troubleshooting, & Automation using PLC for Load Cell based projects.

Project undertaken: Weigh feeder.
Project description: The Project involves Automation of Weigh Feeder, which conveys the raw materials needed for the process industry. The conveying is controlled using programmed controllers which meet the customer requirements.
Software used: CX Programmer.
Hardware used- Omron PLC (CJ1M CPU 13)

Project undertaken: Micro Controller based Weigh Feeder.
Project description: Here the rate of feed of materials for the making of cement has been controlled by a micro controller 89C55WD series. This system consists of 5 panels with associated relay logics and necessary PC softwares for controlling and monitoring the status of each and every panel.

Project undertaken: Weighing controller.
Project description: This project is utilized in the petroleum industry for the measurement and control of gasoline. For the running of this project we have incorporated the Modweigh controller which comprises of HMI and transmitter. The set parameters can be entered through this HMI and the transmitter will process the signal according the real time conditions and take suitable actions.
Software used: Inbuilt controller software.
Hardware used: MODWEIGH controller (MW 99D4)

Project undertaken- Weigh feeder automation.
Project description: In this project the certain quantity of raw materials for the cement industry have been conveyed from the storage hopper to the manufacturing line in a prescribed quantity. Here the transducer used is the Load cell.
Software used- RS Logix.
Hardware used- Allen Bradely PLC (Comprising of relay logics incorporated in the panel)

Project Undertaken: Weigh feeder.
Project description: Here the quantity of raw materials has been precisely controlled for the production urea. In this project we are utilizing a drum motor for the conveyor functioning.
Software used: Automation Basic. (Version 2.4)
Hardware used: Beckner & Rainer (B&R) PLC, Model PP41.

Project undertaken: Rubber cutting machine.
Project description: Here the cutting of the rubber sheet for a specified length has been taken care by PLC which senses the feed back signal of a tachometer.
Software used: Automation Basic. (Version 2.3)
Hardware used: Beckner & Rainer (B&R) PLC, Model PP15.

Project undertaken: Batching system for a glass industry.
Project description: Here the necessary chemicals required for the making of glass has been quantified, mixed in certain proportions, qualifying the different stages of mixing and is delivered to the kiln.
Software used: Cimplicity Machine Edition for PLC
Cimplicity SCADA Version 6.1
Hardware used: GE Fanuc, Versamax PLC with control panel and relay logics.

Project undertaken: Length & Weight measuring system for a tyre industry.
Project description: Length & weight measuring system in customer engineered system in which measurement & record of length & weight of cut tread in carried out on line. The cutting machine existing at site cut the tread as per preset length. Any variation in the deserved length leads to tread weight variation also hence, for analysis of length & weight data continuous by this system in introduced next to the cutting machine. Measurement of tread length is done taking in to consideration of tread velocity and a particular point where its travel time (start & end point) is selected using optical sensor. Time taken for tread travel against tread velocity divide the length of the tread.
Software used: Automation Basic. (Version 2.4)
Hardware used: Beckner & Rainer (B&R) PLC, Model PP15.
