Act as Instrument Commissioning Engineer. Lead Instrument HUC and Commissioning team of 30 personnel and 5 packages vendors entail site erection and commissioning work. Preparation of commissioning manual, check sheet and schedule. Transform engineering data into physical HUC/commissioning work. Complete in time all shut down work, IPS, FGS and DCS upgrading. Ensure commissioning team adhered to Company HSSE rule and achieved Zero LTI. Aware of process requirement and successful startup 2 Subsea Wells 7 months ahead of schedule and achieve 72 hours endurance test with ant single system failure.
4. MLNG GMS 1& 2 Upgrading Project, MLNG, Malaysia (2005-2006)
As Project and Commissioning Manager. A RM 1.434 Million Project belong to MLNG 1 & 2 Sdn Bhd which involve a change out and upgrade of obsolete flow computers, solar backup system and station main supervisory system. Main scope of supply involves design engineering, supply of equipment and commissioning. Major equipment are redundant supervisory system, flow computers and solar flow computers.
Design and develop of a 2 level Fiscal Metering Measurement and Control System Architecture that using MS Access (lower level) act as database for storage of metering system/instruments validation record database and developed a customize Metering Supervisory System (Higher level) act as HMI, validation sequence controller, measurement handling, station control and data handling/management engine.
5. Supply of Fiscal Gas Metering System For Serai Project, Sarawak Shell, Malaysia (Completion: July 2004)
As Project and Commissioning Manager. Scope of supply of the project involves design engineering, supply of metering package and commissioning. Main equipment involves, 2 x 10" ANSI 900# Ultrasonic Gas flow meter, Metering supervisory system, densitometer, Gas Chromatograph, auto sampler, actuator valve and transmitters.. The total project worth RM 15 million and successfully commissioned one month ahead schedule and within budget.
6. Replacement of Ultrasonic Meter Project, BLNG – Brunei Shell Petroleum SDN BHD. Brunei (Completion: August 2003)
Act as Project Engineer and Commissioning Engineer. Scope of supply includes design engineering, equipment supply and commissioning. Equipment supply includes 8 x 12" and 5 x 8" ANSI 600# Ultrasonic flow meter and a redundant supervisory system. Commissioning of the system was performed in SIMOPS condition for total duration of 2 months time without single LTI. This USD 1.4Million Project was successfully commissioned 1 week a head schedule and within tight budget.

7. Lundin BRA-CPP Custody Transfer Metering System Project – Talisman Malaysia Ltd., Malaysia (Completion: October 2003)
As Commissioning and Lead Design Engineer. Involved in hook up and commissioning of gas metering package on newly built Center Processing Platform, design & engineering, project management and procurement. A USD 1.4 Million Project consists of a custody transfer metering system consist of 2 x 12" ANSI 1500# ultrasonic meter skid, gas chromatograph, densitometer, actuator ball valves, redundant metering supervisory system and flow computers. The system was successfully completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule and within budget.
8. Genting Sanyen In House Metering System Upgrade – Genting Sanyen Sdn Bhd, Malaysia (Completion: Feb 2002)
Involved as Commissioning Engineer. Install and commissioned 1 x 16" and 1 x 8" Ultrasonic gas flow meter and 2 flow computer on Genting Sanyen Power plant owned by Genting Group Berhad to monitor total gas consumption. This is the first ultrasonic meter system in installed Malaysia and completed with tight schedule.
9. PGB 10 GC Replacement Project – Petronas Gas, Malaysia (Completion: October 2001)
Act as Commissioning and Project Engineer. The project work scope involved replacement of 10 units of Gas Chromatographs in 10 different locations through out peninsular Malaysia under SIMOPS condition. This RM 1.2 Million Project was completed 1 month ahead of project schedule under SIMOPS and within tight budget.
10. Baram Delta Gas Gathering Oil & Gas Filed DCS Upgrade Project – PCSB, SKO (Completion: May 1999)
Involved as System Commissioning Engineer. The project involves Upgrade of obsolete Foxboro IA 20 Series DCS with Y2K compliant IA 51 Series DCS System for Baronia, Baram A, Baram B, West Lutong and Bokor complex, in house design and engineering, on site hardware replacement, SAT and commissioning. This RM 10.5M Project was successfully completed 3 weeks ahead of total project schedule with big saving in project budget.
11. Powertek Power Plant DCS Upgrading Project – Powertek, Sabah (Completion: August 1999)
Act as System Commissioning Engineer. This project involves an upgrading of newly built Foxboro IA 50 Series DCS onto IA 51 Series DCS for a power plant. Hardware replacement and system upgrading was conducted in SIMOPS condition and executed in phase. Commissioning was successfully completed within tight schedule without single interruption to power plant operation. A first ever DCS with built in live Turbine Generator Performance Monitoring and Total Sabah Electrical Grid power loading management with using fast speed Ethernet link on top of UNIX Base DCS.
