* Through training of Union leaders and management, reorganization of the HR department, reduced the disruption of union activities with management and field operations.
* Developed and implement a trade union strategy to reduce the number of unions in Nigeria from 7 to 2 with an employee population of 1350

New Technology Product Champion/ Field Service Manager
* Responsible for Wireline operations for 7 exploration rigs and 5 offshore platform for Petronas, Murphy Oil, Shell, Occidental Petroleum, Nippon Oil, Mobil, Texaco and challenging remote projects in the Jungle of Malaysia.
* Responsible for coordinating product development and field testing of a new family of downhole imaging tools, Modular Dynamic Tester for reservoir pressure, downhole fluid typing and sampling.
* Principle responsibilities' included field testing and analysis, client introduction to the technology, gathering field requirements for project design improvements, monitoring service quality trends during the field test, and general liaison between field operations and product center. Also responsible for the documentation and training requirements to support field engineers on the new technology.
* Responsible for borehole geophysical data acquisition operations and data interpretation for petroleum exploration and development.
* Field unit management including the safety, security, and handling of nuclear sources and explosives, supervision of 3 to 8 man crew while performing related borehole logging and testing services.
