„« Troubleshooting overhauls and material preparation for compressor, pump, turbine (21 each MS-5002 mechanical drive as turbine Mfg.General Electric, 11 each MS-5001 power generation gas turbines Mfg. Hitachi), and others mechanical equipment machineries or their components to be repaired at mechanical shop.
„« Check the possible root causes of the unhealthy equipment or damaged component and review the equipment repair histories prior to perform any corrective actions.
4. 1996 to 2000: as a Assistance Supervisor for Rotating Equipment shop at PT.Arun.Ngl. (joint venture Exxon Mobil & Pertamina Indonesia)
To plan, organize and supervise Millwright in performing all types maintenance of rotating equipment in Plant facilities, in order to support continous LNG & Utilities production, to achieve maintaining high availability and reliability of equipment and compliant to company policy, engineering and SHE standard.
„« Organize and coordinate a subordinate in performing diagnosis, trouble shooting, and corrective action, on all types of rotating and mechanical equipment in plant area, to ensure all jobs are carried out safely, smoothly, within schedule and compliant with standard maintenance procedure and LPPG and company policy
„« Reviewed the equipment drawing and its repair procedures and perform some measurement drawing or indicate if there is a requirement to fabricate the new parts.
„« Contacted the engineering group to review the acceptance of repair quality and discuss the possibility to perform any improvements related to equipment design or maintenance procedures.
„« Provided the standard procedure and accurate machinery maintenance procedure in order that machinery technicians be able to perform works safely and efficiently and create process unique and PM work order, prepare schedule daily/weekly and monthly plans base on RBWS (Risk Base Work Selection) meeting result to unsure all jobs are carried out and completed on schedule and according to priorities.
„« Provided the material for equipment repairing and identify the equipements problems and review the equipment repair histories prior to perform any corrective actions.
„« Advised a subordinate to fix the problems for equipments repair and support continuous improvement program and create positive working climate.
„« Plan and organize the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance program of all rotating equipments to ensure that program is properly carried out, on schedule, based on equipment strategy and reliability standard and approved budget.
„« Evaluate and recommend the replacement of major rotating equipment material/spare parts (including the specifications) required based on findings, to ensure the materials/ parts meet specification and properly used.
„« Review and provide comment for revision on engineering design from maintainability perspective to ensure the installation or construction maintainable and operable.
„« Develop millwright maintenance procedures in order that technicians be able to perform works safely, properly and efficiently.
5. January 2000 to the present as a Rotating Engineer at PT.Arun.Ngl. (joint venture Exxon Mobil & Pertamina Indonesia).
Familiar with Gas Turbine Model MS-5002 mechanical drive as turbine Mfg.General Electric and MS-5001 power generation gas turbines Mfg. Hitachi, Vertical & Horizontal Split type of Centrifugal Compressors, Vertical & Horizontal type of Centrifugal Pumps, Dry Gas Seal (John Crane MFG), Mechanical Contact/Bushing Seal, Seal Oil/Lube Oil System, Gear Box, Cryogenic Pumps.
Responsibilities:
„« Managed the selected project during all phases of the project from project design and execution, turn over, commissioning, start-up through to operation of the facilities to ensure the project meet design requirement and approved budget and complete in timely manner.
„« Performed the detail rotating equipment engineering design and selection of new project and/or modifications including equipment and material selection/substitution to ensure the equipment specification follow new technology and recognized code/standards.
„« Provided the technical assistance guidance and recommendation related to rotating equipment engineering, the equipment performance and optimization to ensure all rotating equipment design construction and operation are accordance with applicable code, standards government regulation.
„« Conducted the performance test of rotating equipment for equipment troubleshooting, optimization and issue technical recommendation to improve the equipment performance.
„« Performed the rotating equipment trouble shooting and failure analysis in maintaining plant equipment operability, reliability and develop action plant to prevent recurrence problem.
„« Develop the recommendation operating and maintenance guideline of rotating equipment to ensure the equipment is operated and maintenance properly following technical specification and standards.
„« Analyzed the historical record, such as vibration trends, lube oil analysis, ans inspection report of all rotating equipment, document update the data into IT system and prepare technical recommendation to improve the equipment performance and provide engineering and other skill/expertise to support and involve in company corporate programs.
„« QA/QC Engineer during plant turn around, scheduled and unscheduled shut down, and for new project.
„« Handled the projects assigned through Engineering Work Requests.
„« Review a minimum and maximum stock spare part for maintenance ware stock.
