13 years of work experience related to Petrochemical, Power System, Oil and Gas Industry, Building and Infrastructures, with 11 years overseas experience in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Experience has been in the capacity of Electrical and Instrumentation Supervision, Field Inspection, Source Inspection/Witness Testing and Pre-commissioning. The projects include oil refineries, gas/oil separation plants, natural gas processing plants, petrochemical plants, oil & gas pipelines, airports, steam and power co-generation plants. Clients include Saudi Aramco, Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Gas, Dolphin Energy, and New Doha International Airport. I have successfully completed numerous Professional Engineering Development courses, technical and safety seminars. Responsible for preparing tender bid documents for bidding submittals. Involved in Source Inspection/Witness Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of Electrical Equipments like 66/11 KV Protection and Indication System, Substation and Control System (SCS) and Power Monitoring and Control System (PMCS), MV and LV Switchgears, Power Transformers, Motor Control Centers, UPS and Distribution boards, MV and LV cables. Involve in approving Contractor Welders Performance Qualification on the job-site and during laboratory testing of specimens. Perform Third Party Inspection of steel Hot Dip Galvanizing and perform Coating Thickness Check. Perform Third Party Inspection of Piping's and related Mechanical installation which includes witnessing and approving Hydro testing of spools and valves. Review and develop Contractor's Inspection and Test Plans, Checklist and Test forms for client's approvals. Provide supervisions on Contractor's Electrical and Instrument equipments installation on site like Motor Control Centers, Switchgears, Transformer's, Cables and cable ladders, Cable pulling, Local control panels, Motors and its accessories, Grounding system, Cable terminations, public address, Fire and Gas system, navigation aids, essential/emergency supplies, Instrument junction boxes installation and cable termination, Calibration of field instruments and loop checking, Cathodic Protection systems in accordance with Clients specifications, procedures, method statement and applicable industry standards.
