GENERAL:
Twenty six (26) years experience in oil/gas drilling, completion and workover operations in both onshore and offshore environments, domestic and international, having drilled wells to depths of 21,000’ using oil/water base mud systems with mud weights to 19.4 PPG and temperatures to 475 degrees.
Geographically, having drilled and completed wells in Nigeria, Libya, Chad, Angola, Greece, North Sea, Venezuela, Gulf of Mexico, Anadarko Basin and the Williston Basin.
Directional experience include horizontal and multi-lateral, with a working knowledge of mechanical, SCR, diesel electric, jack-up and semi-submersible rigs as well as coil tubing and nitrogen units. Environmentally certified for both Hazmat and Hazwhoper and have worked in H2S environment.

2002 to 2002:Project Manager, Enventure Global Technology: Designed and provided rigsite supervision for the installation of solid exapandable tubulars. Provided the installation procedure, the supervision of the equipment preparation, and the field supervison of Openhole Liner, Openhole Clad, and Cased-hole liner installations. The areas of work experience include Offshore Gulf of Mexico, Onhore Gulf Coast, Oklahoma,Holland, Nigeria.
1998 to 2002 Consultant Engineer: ExxoMobil Duties included engineering design and office/field supervision of drilling operations of oil/gas wells to depths of 18,200’ using oil base mud systems with mud weights to 18.2 PPG and temperatures to 450 degrees. These wells were in Texas, Louisiana and Venezuela.

1995 to 1997 Manager/Operations Engineer, Tecon Oilfield Services, Warn, Nigeria.
Duties included office/field supervision of drilling and work over, on problem wells, scheduling rotating pool. Wells were directionally drilled to maximum inclinations of 60 degrees using SCR rigs and were located off the shore of Nigeria.
1993 to 1995 President, Envirosolve Drilling Company, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Duties included engineering design and field supervision for the drilling of Geo-Tech and ground water monitoring wells in Oklahoma in accordance OSHA rules and regulations.
1990 to 1993 Consultant Drilling Superintendent, Tri-Star Consultants, London, England.
Duties included engineering design and field supervision of offshore drilling, completion and workover operations on oil/gas wells to depths from 12,000’ to 16,500’ using oil base mud systems with mud weights to 17.2 PPG and temperatures to 415 degrees. Wells were drilled offshore of Nigeria in water depths to 250’ with maximum inclinations of 80 degrees using jack-ups and semisubmersible rigs.
Kavailla Greece worked as a re-completion supervisor for NOC of Greece. These wells were H2S wells, multi-well platforms in the Aegean Sea.
1989 to 1990 Stimulation Engineer/Project Coordinator, NOWCAM, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
Duties included engineering design and offshore field supervision of acid and nitrogen stimulation of wells to 16,200’ using 1-1/2” coil tubing and nitrogen work barge. Coordinated design and installation of nitrogen plant. Served as liaison between contractors and National Company.

1987 to 1989 Consultant Drilling Engineer, Triton Engineering, Houston, Texas
Duties included field supervision of drilling and completion operations on wells to 18,000’ on land and 14,000’ with H2S in water depths to 180’. Operations used oil/water base mud systems with mud weights to 17.8 PPG and temperatures to 430 degrees. Wells were drilled in Eastern Venezuela and the North Sea using diesel electric and
jack-up rigs.
1985 to 1987 Operations Manager, Golden Engineering Company, Houston, Texas.
Duties included engineering design of Air Drilling Program in Northern Ireland and Geothermal project for Kenya. Responsible for company contract negotiations, economic feasibility studies, cost analysis and design of tubular and cement programs. Assigned as staff consultant to World Bank.
1985 to 1986 Drilling Superintendent in Warri, Nigeria for Pan Ocean Oil Company, Logos, Nigeria.
Duties included day-to-day operations of 2 drilling rigs and one pumping station in the Asaboro Field. Main duties were design and implementation of drilling, completion and workover programs, procurement of materials, approval of mud, cement and casing programs, verifying payroll, cost analysis and AFE’s.
1982 to 1985 Drilling Superintendent for Hydro-Petrol, Caracas, Venezuela.
Duties included supervision of 4 drilling rigs and 270 employees in Valle de la Pascua, Estado Guarico in Eastern Venezuela with main responsibilities being designing and implementation of drilling, completion and workover programs, serving as liaison between drilling contractor and National Oil Company, negotiation of drilling contracts, cost analysis and day-to-day operations.
1974 to 1982 Senior Drilling Engineer for Tenneco Oil Company.
Duties included engineering design and field supervision of drilling, completion and workover operations. Responsible for AFE preparation along with casing, cement and mud program design.
