Well planning, risk weighted cost estimating, contractor tendering, pre-spud meetings, cost management, well programming, operations support, safety leadership, peer review, technical limit implementation, and post analysis of operations to incorporate lessons learned.

* Managed the delivery of a new H&P Flex Rig to the asset and modification for air drilling. Rig was delivered incident and injury free, under AFE time and 10% under cost. First well was drilled with no rig associated NPT.
* Planned and drilled directional gas wells to depths of 15,000' MD and horizontal wells with 3,000'+ lateral lengths at depths of 9,000-13,000' TVD. Typical surface section drilled under-balanced with air and hammer bits. Typical production section drilled with OBM. High compressive strength formations drilled with Turbines and diamond impregnated bits. Set record for lowest cost horizontal well.
* Mentored less experienced engineers and trained engineers on Landmark well design software suite and probablistic cost estimating software
* Coordinated field trial with technology group to increase shale fracture strength.
