Shell Exploration New Orleans, USA
Responsible for the day-to-day site planning, execution of well intervention and workover activities. Supervise contractor and service personnel to ensure all work performed conforms to safety, quality and highest value requirements and in accordance to the well program. Provides sufficient, accurate and timely data to office based Job Delivery Team members. Responsible for the daily expenditure and reporting and also manages AFE. Co-ordinates the timely supply of required equipment, consumables and specialist services to ensure uninterrupted continuation of operations.

Major Achievements:
* Increased production on Serrano Well from 500bbls/day to 3,500bbls/ day after through tubing remedial treatment.
* Fished out plug from 25,000ft High Pressure and High Temperature well with Coil Tubing and increased production from 800bbls/day to 1,800bbls/day.
* Cleaned out flow line plugged with paraffin with Coil Tubing boosting production by 1,500bbls/day. This well was shut in for over 3 years.

2004 to 2006 Field Specialist Cementing (Gulf of Mexico)
