Provide operational technical advice / guidance of Operations activities to maximizes operational and production requirement. Maintained readiness all equipment within responsibility area such as; Dehydration and Refrigeration, NGL (Natural Gas Liquid) facilities, Membrane and Amine system for CO2 removal, Power Generation (GTG) and Utility Plant, Molsieve dryer and Thermal Oxidizer, The Compressors (Sales gas, Propane, Injection, Overhead, Booster and expander). Review all facilities data taken to be within the limit ranges to avoid failure of facilities and create correction effort on any abnormalities found and Implement work management procedures consistently at all time.

2001 – 2006: PT.PUPUK SRIWIJAYA (AMMONIA PLANT)
Job Title/Position: Senior process Operator

Assists Production Supervisor in completing daily tasks from day to day operation, Creates work orders, store request and purchase requasition when a facility needs repair, material from warehouse and a non warehouse stock material is needed. Creates reports, such as production reports, safety meeting report, incident report and other reports related to facilities failure. Implement Work Management in Day to Day operation. Trained new operators in the shift in operation aspect as on the job training program. Ensures all safety facilities is available on site and in a ready mode at all time, conducted weekly test to all fire water pumps and make a correction to the failure unit.

Duties:
o Responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of all activities on the South Production department to maintain the integrity of facilities, the safety of personnel to ensure continuous LNG and Condensate production safely and efficiently and NO BODY GET HURTS.
o Primary accountability to ensure/implement safe work practices by following all safety, health, environmental and operation procedures.
o Provide operational leadership and technical advise /guidance to all personnel under South Production administration consistent with Company operation expectations.
o Organized to Shutdown for Overhaul and Start-up Turbine Compressor after maintenance job complete.
o Developed Process Operation Procedures Guideline as the Company World Wide Standard.
o Developing Process Critical Operating Parameter Guideline as the Company World Wide Standard.
o Maintain the operation integrity to meet production demand o Effectively manage expenses and minimize production cost.
o Down time management:
- Ensure that the reliability of equipment (above 98%)
- Maintain the accuracy of flow measurement.
- Monitor closely daily production volume

C. Technical Skill
- Familiar to operate steam turbine generator.
- To master operation and trouble shooting of static and rotating equipment.
- Rotating Machine: can operate Turbine,pumps, and compressor UNIT ( Reciprocating compressor, centrifugal comppressor).
- Can operate reactor unit ; (load & unload and reducing catalyst or absorben).
- Can operate desulfurization unit.
- Can operate and maintain of the Separation unit (Absorber and stripper).
