- Lead Production Technologist for Bonga Start-up and Ramp up. Bonga FPSO produces over 220,000 bopd and supplies gas in excess 0f 160 MMscf/d to the OGGS line to Bonny Terminal.
- Co-lead a sub-team of engineers to design the wells and reservoir start-up procedures for the Bonga Field in deepwater offshore Nigeria (250,000 bopd FPSO production).
- Designed the initial unloading and pressure transient tests of the first batch of Bonga wells. Analyzed PTA data to derive well performance and reservoir properties.
- Ramp-up design for final unloading of the wells to the FPSO
- Developed a Well Operating Hanbook for Bonga Subsea wells (Producers and Injectors) detailing the operating envelopes for each well.
- Built integrated Production Systems models and used same to optimized production in the EA field offshore Nigeria (140,000 bopd FPSO production), leading to over 5000 bopd production gains.
- Championed Data acquisition campaign trail via slickline operations on the EA DPs originally designed for no-intervention.

Well Analyst / Production Engineer
Responsible for Production Surveillance and Optimization on Major fields of the Mars Basin (Mars, Europa, King, Ursa, Crosby, Princess and Mensa) Total gross production from these fields averages 330,000 bopd and 610 mmcfd from about 38 wells.
Technical responsibilities include:
- Real-time systematic review of key parameters for each well to identify changes in operating characteristics -surveillance.
- Well performance analyses, production optimization and monthly/quarterly integrated production plan forecast (oil & gas sales and availability) Specific work products include:
* Developed a SEPCo wide real time production monitoring tool (Sepco Radar Screen) to monitor real time production of all fields based on the PI system
* Production curtailment estimation tool for URSA field
* Data Quality Assurance tool development

Production Technologist
Responsible for field development, field surveillance and production enhancement activities at the onshore fields –Western Division of SPDC. Was responsible for 319 drainage points, a mixture of natural flowing and gaslifted wells which all together contributed to 58% of the oil production (65,000 bbls of oil and 75MMscf of gas) from the Land area.
- Team Leader – Data Management Group: Championed Target setting and deferment analysis process, Barrel Chasing initiatives -and reservoir management and production optimization at Mensa, a $200 million a year revenue generating Gulf of Mexico Deepwater gas field with the World Record for the longest subsea tie-back, the deepest water subsea development, and the highest gas well production rates.
- Other Technical duties include co-ordination and implementation of realize-the-limit initiative, focal point for water-to-value initiatives, workover and short-term-oil generation proposal writing and activity execution.
- Served as Technical Integration facilitator for the Ovhor Project Team
- Guest Lecturer – Production Technology EP00 events (learning events for young engineering recruits)
