Legal Senior Administrative Assistant supporting two General Counsel attorneys specializing in FERC, environmental and litigation issues in their efforts to successfully meet demanding job requirements.
Prior to legal secretarial promotion, was a secretary in the Land Department for the Alaska and Offshore Regions. Major responsibilities were to assist several Landmen and an Oil Scout in their job roles. Duties included preparing bid proposals for upcoming State and Federal Lease Sales, maintaining status reports on all land department lease activity, prepared operating agreements for active leases, coordinated technical meetings for lease sales, and maintained map files. Assisted in the design of a workable computer program specifically tailored for the needs of Texas International LTD. Programmed designs and forms to track rent collections, new leases, and banking. Designed sales and marketing brochures for individual companies that are supported by Texas International LTD. I continue to work contract several days a month backing up the company's computer systems and maintaining lease files for its 32 businesses. I am also available on a consulting basis when necessary.
