To assist Project engineers / project managers for construction planning, procurement
& other project related issues. To review Design engineering package (DEP)
To associate with operation group during commissioning & trial –run.
To monitor the construction scope of work including the sub-contractors performance &
to see that they fulfill their contractual obligations.
To ensure a cost-effective & timely execution of construction scope of work.
As-built documentation. To conduct pre-commissioning & commissioning activities in a safe & secure manner with all necessary safety precautions identified &put in place.
To ensure that pre-commissioning & commissioning activities are planned well in advance & are fully integrated with project construction planning.
To execute completion activities in such a manner that the plant can be handed over to the operators in full confidence.
To improve the overall efficiency of a project by adopting a SYSTEM / SUB-SYSTEM
