Over Fifteen years of experience as Consultant engineer for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries covering the conceptual, basic and detailed engineering in the utilities area (WWT,WT)
* Define basis of design and design criteria for new facilities.
* Perform feasibility, alternative evaluation and process planning studies.
* Selection of process schemes and process operating philosophy.
* Elaboration of process flow diagrams, including heat and material balance, sensitivity of process operating pressure and temperature, stream analysis and properties.
* Execution of process calculations and simulations.
* Active participation on Process Risk Management to provide discipline input for the Management of Change (MOC) and Process Hazard reviews (PHR).
* Active participation for all process related aspect at commissioning, start up and test runs.
* Active participation for detailed engineering, generate project scope, prepare estimated cost for facilities projects and/or up-grade of existing. Responsibility include de-bottleneck.
* Provide technical and project engineering support to field facilities team. Duties involve interfacing with production and oil delivery team for troubleshooting and de-bottleneck.
* Technical assistance for all production, facilities-engineering issues and facilities optimization

2005. Process senior Eng. Responsible of Performance Test procedures for the Produced Water Treatment Plant (120 MSPD). Conceptual &Basic Eng. for the upgrading.

2002. Utilities process Engineer. Main Shutdown &Debottlenecking project. Conceptual/Basic engineering to upgrade the existing WWTP (Anoxic stage +polishing + desalters treatment 200 MBSPD)
