2 Doubled installed capacity with good machine scheduling,improved OEE, reduced production downtime, via design/implementation of a new plant layout TPM, TQM,good system,reorganisation,introducting incentive system etc
3 Improved first pass test yields from 82% to 98% by implementing Design For Manufacturability (DFM) and Design of Experiments (DOE) techniques on all manufacturing lines;
4 Reduced labor content by 16% by automating manually inserted components
