Responsibilities: - Preparation of the quality procedures, ITP, Write WPS for Offshore Pipeline for Sour Service, Structural, Piping and Vessels, run PQR, Audits, Final documentation, recruiting QC and NDT personal, Vendor approval, appoint third party.
Duties:- Coordinate with CUEL Sub Contractor to SWIBER, appoint TPI, Vendor Approval, Work distribution to the QC personal, over look day to day work activity, meeting with clients, attend any non conformity raised and prevent its repetition, monitor QC and welders performance, maintain repair percentage and work to reduce it, conduct regular internal audits.
Monitor offshore work on regular basis from start to completion.
