* Recruited during the Atlantic Richfield Company to Vastar Resources, Inc. merger to perform in-house due diligence on the transfer of hundreds of properties involving leasehold, mineral, royalty and production rights. Primarily responsibilities included management of BP's leasehold and minerals located along the Louisiana and Texas Gulf Coast, which included negotiating and drafting of complex exploration and geological/option agreements, letter agreements, operating agreements, oil and gas leases, term assignments, letter agreements, and farmout agreements.
