Implemented multiple project connection between 2 domain i.e.., Yokogawa CS3000 [windows based] with Centum CS [UNIX based]

8. SWCC - JUBAIL. SAT, hot cutover, start up and commissioning (desalts & power Blending station-1, 2, 3)
System Supplied: CENTUM CS3000

Lead in site survey and engineering/commissioning of the above said project and the highlights of the project are as follows.
Successfully commissioned the refine plant, which included a HOT CUT OVER from Foxboro I.A system and local controllers to Yokogawa DCS without any down time
Because of the operational philosophy, system re-engineered at site to match the complex operating procedure of SWCC

9. LAB & N PARAFFIN - SAT, Plant start up and commissioning for GFPC Saudi Arabia

My Role in this project is included in SAT; Loop checking, FF engineering, Functional test and Modification of application software for the project. Support for erection and commissioning at site.

10. Up gradation of Tank gauging system SAAB Rosemount at SAB TANK
System Supplied: CENTUM CS

Demolition of existing SUBSYSTEM [SAAB ROSEMOUNT] and Engineering & Integration of new SUBSYSTEMS engineering TO YOKOGAWA DCS and all the signals were transfer to DCS without any down time.

11. Merging JUPC tank farm to SABTANK in to existing systems
System Supplied: CENTUM CS

My Role in this project is included in SAT; Loop checking, Functional test, preparation of logic and Modification of application software for the project. Support for erection and commissioning at site.

12. SABTANK PETROKEMYA Revamp project:
System Supplied: CENTUM CS3000 & CS

My job Involved in site survey and site engineering/commissioning of the above said project and the highlights of the project are as follows.
Successfully commissioned the refinery, which is a HOT CUT OVER from Honeywell TDC2000 and local controllers to Yokogawa DCS with in 16 working days.
Because of the operational philosophy, the system re-engineered at site to match the complex operating procedure of SABIC.
Prepared the hot cut over procedure for complex loops to transfer from Foxboro IA system to Yokogawa CS3000 R3 SYSTEM
Implemented multiple project connection between 2 domain i.e.., Yokogawa CS3000 [windows based] with Centum CS [UNIX based]
