My Responsibilities:
1- Coordinator between KRUPP Co. (German Co.) and F.A.M.Co.(Syrian Co.):
To facilitate difficulties faced by the supplier ( KRUPP Co.) to achieve our schedule goals. Receiving KRUPP Co. daily report for work progress.
Reporting daily to factory manager.
Referring to the contract between KRUPP Co. and F.A.M.Co as main reference for scope of supply.
Attending and record the commission, performance test, running test and startup and to arranging and record consumables during the tests. Managing safety regulations, training of the operators and receiving of operation and maintenance manuals (O.M.), catalogues, diagrams and drawings.

2- As Plants Manager:
Main responsibilities
Implement the company plan.
Perform monitoring of plants performance, quality assurance and to review the three shift's reports including production, running hours, down times, consumption of consumers, maintenance and spare parts used during each shift.
Coordinate with concerned departments and to evaluate and analyze the plans and developments studies.
Report directly to the factory manager.

To oversees organization's manufacturing processes. Plan and direct the facility's production activities to assure products are manufactured according to operations plan and within prescribed quality standards and cost objectives.

To manage the activities of three subordinate supervisors who supervise forty-five direct personnel. Individually I had been accountable for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the pre-pressing and extraction units.

Supervisory my responsibilities are in accordance with organization's policies, procedures, guidelines and applicable laws.

My responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
