1- Corrosion Chemical Treatment Field Services and Technical support engineer in association with Kurita Europe for industrial water treatment.
* Extensive theoretical and practical field knowledge of cooling water treatment in industrial facilities, including refineries and power plants. Implementation of chemical treatment programs for cooling water systems, including corrosion inhibitors, dispersants and oxidizing and non-oxidizing microbiological control agents. Diagnosed and prescribed corrective action for non-conforming systems. In addition to performing chemical analysis to identify protective water quality.
* Efficient theoretical and practical knowledge of the water and steam side operation of boilers of a variety of configurations, including fire-tube boilers and water tube boilers. Diagnosed and prescribed corrective action for non-conforming systems. In addition to using a variety of laboratory instrumentation to evaluate boiler water quality. Then implemented chemical treatments and counter measures for control of deposition and corrosion in the water and steam circuits.
* Design and evaluation of system losses / cycles of concentration for cooling towers.
* Corrosion monitoring techniques.
* Contingency counter action plans – by both chemical adjustments and operational adjustments.
