* Manage Daily drilling activities for drilling rig. Responsible for the safety of 62 personnel at any one time on board the drilling rig.
* Supervise entire rig crew, and ensure that all personnel is aware of their duties in the event of an emergency.
* Coordinate with the client representative to ensure that the well is drilled, worked over, or completed as per prog and if any alterations are desired that they are clearly understood by the drilling crew prior to starting that proceedure.
* Ensure that safety policies are followed and adhered to by all.
* Promote moral and teamwork and ensure that the job is completed in a safe and timely manner to prove effiecentcy and productivity

* This position reports to the Toolpusher and is responsible for all maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the rig.
* Manages 4 motorman and numerous third party personnel involved in any modifications, repairs, or other services provided to the rig.
* Maintain inventory and order spare parts, or misc items needed to keep the rig running.
* Assist toolpusher with the direction, guidance, and supervision of drill crews and Rig operations as needed or during absence.
* Relieve driller on occasions if needed.
* Maintain an automated Hydraulic Casing drilling rig.
* Instruct rig personnel in proper operation and maintenance of Drilling rig equipment.
* Design and Implement a CMMS program to assist with the day to day maintenance and enable the ability of tracking maintenance performed, and repair history on equipment to reduce downtime, and daily cost.
* Troubleshoot and resolve all problems with rig equipment, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and software.
* Maintain and setup a satellite phone system for voice and data transmission.
