FCCU Complex comprises of Reaction Section, Gas Compression, Gas concentration, Gasoline Treatment, LPG treatment, Refinery Gas Treatment with Amine, Amine regeneration unit, sour water stripping unit & sulphur recovery units.
Responsibilities:
1. Smooth and safe DCS operation of all the units.
2. Guidance to the DCS operators during plant emergencies/up sets/start ups/shut downs.
3. Trouble shooting the problems.
4. Ensuring the quality of Amine solvent and caustic.
5. Adherence to safety, health and environment standards.
6. Identification of the training needs of the shift crew.
7. On job training of the shift crew.
8. Handling of the emergencies and carrying out the safe start up/shut downs.
9. Participation in MOC and Hazop Meetings.
10. Procedures preparation.
10. Adherence to safe turnaround management.
11. Meeting the production targets of LPG and other products.
12. Control of overtime and ensuring the adherence of operators to the company policies.

2. PFD Checking
3. P&ID Review & Check.
4. Equipment inspection and commissioning procedures review.
5. Selection of operators.
6. Training of operators.
7. Stabilization of the complex.
8. Performance test run of the two stage hydro cracker and sulphur,amine treatment plants.
9. Performance monitoring of the unit.
10. Data collection and coordination with the licensor.
11. Trouble shooting of the problems.
12. Performance guarantee test run with the licensor.

Position: OPERATIONS ENGINEER LSDP Complex at BAHRAIN PETROLEUM COMPANY.
LSDP Complex consists of Bahrain Gas (KHUFF) treatment, hydrogen plant, two stage hydro cracker plant, sour gas treatment, Amine Regeneration, sour water treatment and Sulphur Recovery Units with TGTU (tail gas treatment).
Responsibilities:
1. Precommissioning/commissioning of the Hydro cracker unit.
2. Procedures preparing for startup/emergencies/shut downs.
3. Guidance to the DCS control operators during plant upsets emergencies/start ups and shut downs.
4. Meeting the product specifications.
5. Operator training.
6. Adherence to SHE standards
