On-site operations manager of land drilling, completion, intervention, and development of single and multi-zone, oil & gas, coal bed methane, water injection and supply wells (200' to +15,500' MD HTHP). Responsible for monitoring project costs and overrun mitigation. Supervise under-balanced drilling, as well as installation, assembly, and completion of single and multi-zone wells. Oversee & enforce daily operational safety, and methodical procedures to develop, enhance and comply with best practices.
In addition to daily drilling operations, duties also encompass completion supervision, fracturing, coil-tubing drill outs, fluid coordination and logistics. Further responsibilities include mentoring, life coaching, developer and cultivator of junior personnel into a Deliver the Limit Drilling and Safety culture. Additional duties further include business development, proposal and graphics creation, proposal publication, client relations, drill system innovations, AFEs, and corporate development, operational safety and technical limit coaching, (crew training), project management, contract negotiation/administration and financial management throughout the United States as well as limited projects in Latin America. Primary clients include Shell E & P Americas, Marathon Oil, Devon Energy, JM-Huber, Williams, Barrett Resources as well as other private & publicly traded contract drilling and service firms. Took new start-up rig and established numerous Pinedale Anticline Records as well as made Nabors "Top Ten" Rig List.

Responsible for marketing and the service of down hole, under-balanced and reverse circulation, drilling equipment and tooling to E & P, construction and contract drilling firms, throughout North America.
1996-1997 Regional Representative - Eastern Drillers, MFG., Lancaster, PA
Territory and service manager for down hole drilling and related equipment. Responsibilities included marketing, technical training, trouble-shooting, inventory management and service. Clientele consisted of E & P, engineering, contract drilling, and construction firms throughout the Western US. Increased territorial sales and client growth over 70%.
1992-1996 Sales/Service Engineer, Client Liaison - Stewart Brothers Drilling Company, Milan, NM
Developer of business and backlog for multi-state contract drilling firm. Responsibilities included relationship based marketing, proposal creation, market analysis, technical writing, project planning, development and management. Marketed drilling services to E & P firms, National Laboratories, Government Agencies, as well as engineering, mining and related sub-contract groups. Developed corporate identity and market presence. Created text and graphics for sales brochures, visual marketing media, profit tracking programs, technical presentations as well as authored company health and safety plans. Developed and engineered drilling technology and inserted specifications for use on US DOE/DOD and EPA projects. Grew firm from 7 to 14 (active) rigs in a mature marketplace.

Developed business and backlog for the drilling service industries including environmental restoration and water supply. Primary clients were US Department of Energy/Department of Defense, and their sub-contractors. Responsibilities included relationship based and technical marketing, proposal preparation and writing, market analysis, estimating, project planning and development. Principally responsible for the marketing, coordination and backlog of 23 drilling rigs and 5 Pulling Units.
1980-1990 Contract Driller/Consultant – The Grim Drilling Companies, Guysville and Columbus, OH
Owned and operated three portable (< 5,500'capacity) land based air/fluid drilling and work-over rigs throughout Appalachia. Also operated cementing, dozer, water hauling, rig up/roustabout and intervention service while managing over 25 full time employees. Responsibilities also included business development, client relations, corporate development, operational safety & training. Developed natural gas markets, and recruited investment capital as an N.A.S.D. Licensed Series 7, R. R.
