Worked as Supervisor right from the foundation stage at Khammam Chemical Refinery in Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Startup and Operation, which is a prestigious organization under Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India extracting Deuterium Oxide by H2S – H2O exchange process and producing 99.93% D2O by Vacuum Distillation method consisting of all unit operations. This includes all Utilities – H2S Generation & Liquefaction Unit, Distillation Unit, Raw Water Pre-Treatment Plant, De-Mineralization Plant, Cooling Water System, Nitrogen Generation Plant, Compressed Air Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant, Distillation Unit, Refrigeration Unit, Fire Water System and Steam Boilers & Turbines (Captive Power Plant).
At present in Commissioning & Startup team since construction phase at YANSAB – Yanbu National Petrochemical Company, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which is a new Saudi Joint Stock Company by Saudi Arabia Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) building a grassroots Petrochemical facility in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia projected to supply four million tons of petrochemicals.
