PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Drilling Supervisor – EniRepSa Gas Ltd. (ENI – REPSOL – SAUDI ARAMCO JV.), AL KHOBAR, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA (June 2008 – Present)
Supervise all drilling, completion and well testing operation at Block-C Area (Wutayd&Murayt) fields with Saipem IDECO 3000 electric drive rig. Worked in 2 deep vertical exploration, high pressure and high temperature gas wells as deep as 17,000 feet with heavy mud weights as high as 1.7 sg in H2S concentrations of 100 ppm. Experienced DST, TCP perforations, well testing, coil tubing opeartions, hydraulic acid frac, running tie-back liner.
Night Drilling Supervisor / Well Site Drilling Engineer – SPD -PETROFAC& DUBAI PETROLEUM, FATAH, RASHID, FALAH FIELDS OFFSHORE IPM PROJECT, GULF OF ARABIA, DUBAI, UAE. (April 2007 – June 2008)
Supported Day Drilling Supervisor in the planning, implementation and execution of all drilling and completion operations on Nobel Roy Rhodes Jack up rig at Fatah, Rashid and Falah fields. Performed operations as per the HSE regulations and assisted the HSE supervisors to ensure that safe systems are put into place for all work area. Participated and encourage crew for STOP card system. Ensured all data collected is accurate and reported and distributed correctly in a timely manner. Created reports for base (daily, monthly, EOWR, lessons learned, cost tracking, time tracking etc.) Report all wellsite activities and events.
Experienced in horizontal drilling, sidetrack, downhole motor applications, MWD/LWD/PWD, running liner, coil tubing - stimulation operations. Major problems encountered that complete circulation loss, liner and pipe sticking in reactive shales, hole cleaning problems (pack off, cavings) in deviated wells ( more than 900 angle), recovering old completion string (scaled up string, NORM detection etc..).
Drilling & Workover Supervisor – NOBEL OIL LTD. GUNESHLI FIELD, OFFSHORE FISHING & SIDETRACKING PROJECT, BAKU, CASPIAN SEA, AZEBAIJAN.
(January 2007 – April 2007)
Supervise operations including many fishing and completion activities on SOCAR Guneshli Field deviated wells. Responsible for all washover, casing cutting, milling, squeeze cementing, back off operations and fishing by using both internal and external catch tools.
Well Site Drilling Engineer/Drilling Supervisor – PETPRIME INTERNATIONAL & OIL SEARCH LIMITED JV, PULKHANA & BINA BAWI FIELD PROJECT, IRAQ (March 2006 – January 2007)
Supervised operations including all drilling and completion activities on Romfor Rig # 22 at Pulkhana and Bina bawi field. Responsible for full engineering analysis of rig site data and preparing regular well reports at Pulkhana and Bina bawi Field that have exploration and as deep as 10500 ft vertical oil wells.
Major problems encountered that complete loss at limestone and dolomite fractures and high pressure oil kick.
Night Drilling Supervisor/Drilling Engineer – CALIK OIL&GAS, TURKMENISTAN PROJECT WITH PARKER DRILLING COMPANY, TURKMENISTAN (Jan 2005-March 2006)
Supervised operations including all drilling and completion activities on Parker
Drilling Company rigs (EMSCO Electric drive kelly and top drive Rigs) at Akpatlawuk (Nebitdag) and Yoloten field (Mary) that has deep and high pressure gas and oil wells In Turkmenistan.
Responsibilities undertaken:
* Carrying out full engineering analysis of rig site data and preparing regular well reports.
* Select drill bits, perform drill off tests,
* Make drilling optimization,
* Supervise preparation and conditioning of spud and/or lignosulfonate mud when no mud engineer is assigned to the well,
* Supervise conventional coring,
* Supervise basic fishing operations,
* Prepare casing tally and supervise while running casing,
* Supervise cementing operations,
* Supervise selecting, installing and testing of well head equipment,
* Supervise well control operations when necessary,
* Manage logistics on wellsite (both personnel and equipment)
* Coordinate and work together with the service companies.

Worked in more than 10 deep vertical, exploration and development, high pressure and high temperature oil and gas wells as deep as 12,000 feet with heavy mud weights as high as 2.2 sg in H2S concentrations of 10 ppm. Major problems encountered were differential sticking, lost circulation and well kick. Experienced in top drive drilling, drilling and coring in salt doms, running liner and drilling with oil base mud, under-reaming operations, setting Ez-drill packer, squeeze cementing, injection tests and perforations by using TCP and through tubing techniques.
Assistant Rig Manager - ARAR PETROL GAS AUPAS, TURKEY, INDEPENDENT DRILLING, EXPLORATION, SERVICE COMPANY WITH N.V. TURKSE PERENCO AND AMITY OIL, TURKEY, (Aug 2002 – Jan 2005)
This work includes all phases of drilling, sidetracking, MWD, horizontal, well control, coring, fishing, directional drilling at Diyarbakýr & Thrace field development and exploration oil and gas wells. Worked in more than 12 oil and gas wells as a contractor of Perenco and Amity Oil Company with IDECO Rambler H-44 diesel drive mobile rig.
Witness cutting and recovering casing from a dry well and sidetracking, MWD operations. Experienced stuck pipe and cutting transport problems in highly deviated well bores and two stage cementing operations. Supervised many basic fishing and coring operations
