Installation & Inspection for Static Equipment include Padding, Elevation, Position, Orientation, Verticality, Levelness, Platform & ladder, Vessel Internal work, Pressure Testing, Loading of catalyst, chemicals, Support balls, Vessel Box-up, etc.
Installation & Inspection of Air Fin Cooler & Air cooled surface condenser include Alignment of setting plate, structure, tube bundle, louver, shaft, pulley, Blade Angle, Tip clearance, Belt tension, pressure testing / Dew point inspection for tube bundles, solo run of motor, Completion of inspection records etc.
