Based at the regional headquarters in Sharjah. Responsible for the development of HSE, Technical, Craft and Emergency Response training & competence for the Russian, Central & Southern Asia Regions. Building up client base in Kazakhstan for future Petrofac developments. Project Management of Training Needs Analysis for Karachaganak Petroleum Operation (KPO). Working towards A1 Assessor Qualification. Familiar with Competence Management Assurance Systems. Made redundant November 08.

Sept 2006 – April 2007 Mechanical Technician, Vetcoaibel Haugesund, Norway.

Working on the "Alviem FPSO" project. Duties involved daily mechanical completion punch lists ready for pass off and checking and identifying valves/tags ready for pass off. Setting up job packs for the "valve tag teams". Check and setup "hydro cyclone" units on the produced water treatment packages. Re-instating piping spools/valves after rework. Check and setup dry gas seals on gas generators. Left to join PSLES-Halliburton.

Establishing the business by negotiating contracts with the local council. Recruitment of controller and drivers for the day-to-day operations of the business.
