* Control and implementation of all environmental issues that is affected by production and drilling of oil operations in NC 186,115,190, 200. Libya, North Africa. ISO 14001 Certification accredited…the first African oil company to be awarded this certification. 300,000 barrels per day on average.
* Control the provision of a safe and hygienic work environment for all company and contractor's personnel in the assigned concession areas.
* Documentation of all weekly and monthly meetings, audits, assessments, JSA`S when required, near misses, accident /investigations etc…, this also includes reports on incidents with recommendations for improvement.
* Focal point for the development of the safety infrastructure involving the safety management system, and the introduction of the safety tools, checklists and inspection programmes.
* Remote site awareness in regard to personal safety, control of unexpected hazards or occurrences.
