WORK EXPERIENCE:
A] Honeywell PLC, DCS, SCADA System –
1. Training on C200 - Honeywell DCS Controller.
2. Training and Experience on Honeywell SCADA & interface System-EPKS System. HMI Graphics Development.
3. Experience on EPKS Configuration Studio – Adding the servers, Configuring trend and Group Displays, Adding the assets, configuring alarms, reports and events, adding operators and assigning security levels, History assignment, file replication
4. Experience on EPKS Quick Builder – EPKS Station Building, EPKS Channel Building (Modbus, GE Fanuc Channels etc.), EPKS Controller Building (Modbus, GE Fanuc etc.), SCADA Point Building (Status, Analog Points), Bulk Building
5. Experience on EPKS HMIWeb Builder - HMI Static and Dynamic Graphics development, Point Linking, Popup development, VB Scripting for Dynamic Shapes, Dynamic Linking and Testing / Optimizing using set collections

4. Design System Architecture, Prepare BOM For factory ordering, Selection of required GE Fanuc Processor family with correct memory size, Specification etc.
5. Cabinet Design (System Cabinet, Marshalling Cabinet, Relay Cabinet, etc), I/O Placement (I/O Assignment) and Hardware building, PLC Addressing System.
6. PLC communication module PCM configuration for third-party interface, Software enabled Redundancy logic configuration, Heat Load calculations, Power Distribution, Loop Wiring.
7. Understanding of Earthing and Grounding requirements for GE Fanuc PLC Series, Developing and using Project specific JIDS, Checklists, Guideline Documents for GE Fanuc PLC.

C] Communication Protocols –

E] Field Engineering –
1. Third Party interface Experience - Density Meters (E & H, Micromotion), MOV's.
2. Third Party interface - Limitorque MOV's using GE Fanuc Co-processor module and PLC.
3. Installation, Calibration, Loop testing and troubleshooting of instruments.
4. Technical Specifications of third party equipments interfaced like Batch Controllers, SDM, CIU, VDU with LRC used in TA from different manufacturers.
