* Designed, implemented, installed, tested & commissioned of a DVB/S2-RCS satellite VSAT network, for voice, data & internet services. The network comprising of 2x5.6m Gateways (GW) and 350 VSAT remote terminals, provided each up to 45 mbps in forward link and up to 16x2.048 mbps in the return link utilizing 72 MHz Ku-band (14/11 GHz) satellite transponders of INTELSAT 10-02 at 1oW.
* Designed, implemented, tested & commissioned Nokia TETRA/TDMA mobile radio network. The network consisted of 2-DXTip, Nokia TETRA switches, 61 cell sites, 20 mesh backhaul microwave links, 37 dispatch consoles and approximately 3000 mobile radio users. Provided system, fleet management and user talk-group structures.
„X Designed, implemented and tested & commissioned Motorola SmartZone trunked radio network for public safety services. The network consisted of 52 radio stations, 2-omni switches/controllers, 25 microwave backhaul links, 80 dispatch consoles and approximately 4,000 mobile radio users.

The project included trunked mobile radio system, private automatic branch exchange (PABX) telephone system, digital multiplexer, asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) LAN based network and 2.5 Gbps add/drop synchronous digital hierarchy (SDH) fiber optic backbone system to provide voice and data communication for Hawiyah and Haradh Gas Plants.
Responsible for design validation of the fiber optic transmission and radio networks, project execution plan, network performance evaluation & reporting, radio coverage, RFI analysis, traffic loading, network throughput, IFI/IFP preparation and Vendor technical proposal evaluations.

Project Management Consulting, responsible for the engineering and technical accuracy of the work performed by the lump sum turnkey contractor (GTE, Government System) involved in the system design and implementation of $72 MM communication for Shaybah Oilfield.
The project included, multisite 800 MHz Motorola trunked mobile radio system, radio aviation system, UHF paging radio, VHF radio pipeline radio, digital access connect system (DACS), DAMA/SCPC satellite gateway and very small aperture terminal (VSAT), 2.5 Gbps synchronous digital hierarchy (SDH) backbone system to provide voice and data communication in a remote area. Duties included developing of the project proposal, system specifications, detail design, system optimization, networking & traffic sizing and frequency planning.
Senior Project Engineer, Mobile Base Inc. (MBI), Planning and Expansion Department, San Jose, California, 1993 to 1994. Responsible for backhaul microwave link design between cell sites (CS) and mobile telephone switch office (MTSO). Duties included system engineering, radio links design & analysis, link performance calculation and measurement. Developed written specifications and system design criteria for digital microwave and fiber optic multiplexer systems. Preformed system performance test & measurement. Developed IFI/RFP for the system and sub-system requirements.
Project System Engineer, Matrix Corporation, Torrance, California, 1990 to 1992. Responsible for design, debugging and testing of automatic test equipment (ATE) for high frequency transmission measurement using PC based computer and HP70000 modular spectrum analyzer. Duties included design, prototype and test of various microwave devices, such as L-band low-noise amplifier, 1 GHz frequency synthesizer, QPSK Modulator/Demodulator.
Sr. System Design Engineer, IRIB, Satellite Department, 1980 to 1989. Design, implement, procurement, test & commissioning of a satellite communication system for the voice & data services to the remote area. Duties have included system architecture/system design, space segment and earth station characteristics, developed system performance requirements, satellite RF link design, link analysis and system performance calculation. Drawing up the transmission plan and establishing and putting into the operation a standard "C" earth station and performed verification test with INTELSAT. Performed in-orbit testing of satellite transponder at INTELSAT facilities and measured satellite antenna performance, transponder gain transfer characteristics &, EIRP.
