Over thirty years of experience in major US and International design/build facilities programs where responsibilities have included senior-level Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering and Design Management, equipment selection, installation and start-up. P&L responsibility for all aspects of international design and/or construction management projects ranging from $40 million to over $1.2 billion in total installed cost at the time of execution. Sr. Project Execution Consultant to Tengizchevroil in support of Major Capital Projects with a value up to $10 Billion in several key areas.

Previous executive management positions and responsibilities include Vice President of Operations for the Sino-Fluor Beijing office, Project Director for the $350 million Panda Motors automobile assembly plant in China and Program Director for all facilities programs for Chrysler Corporation in Mexico, India, Vietnam, China and the United States, Program Director for a large consortium and joint venture to execute a design-build, lump sum project for Procter and Gamble, and Vice President of Operations for a major structural steel fabricator and erector with primary focus on USA Operations.

To provide technical and managerial guidance expertise in Engineering, Procurement & Construction / functional areas that is critical to all TCO Capital projects success. To consult at various points throughout a project's life cycle which will improve project outcomes. Consulting in several areas: Framing, Front End Loading ("FEL"), Alternative Development, FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction and Project Execution Consulting. I have saved TCO over $700 Million in 18 months while working in my current role. In support of TCO's project performance ($10 Billion) in several key areas:

Position: Supervisor – TCO Services Infrastructure Projects
Duration: 2006 – 05/2007

Plans, schedules, coordinates and directs construction activities for infrastructure projects. Contracts service labor. Plans and assigns work construction crews, and personnel. Schedules work on the basis of operational and economic priority. weather conditions, assessed risk & reward and optimum use of manpower and equipment. Monitors construction, activities and inspects completed work to insure compliance with contract provisions, codes, specifications, construction drawings, safety, fire prevention, security and regulatory requirements. Serves as engineering field representative. Interprets drawings and specifications as required. Coordinates design problems with appropriate group. Insures design changes are correctly implemented and prepares change orders. Reviews plan, schedules, and coordinates activities with personnel to insure minimum disruption to operation and maximum project progress. Responsible for all aspects of Opex and Capex Budgets. Reviews long-term maintenance costs/trends, and develops alternative methods and procedures to minimize costs. Conducts safety / environmental inspections.

Senior Project Director for all remote camp construction in support of LNG projects in Nigeria, Angola and Liberia plus other remote sites worldwide. Holds responsibility for all engineering, procurement, and self perform construction on all sites. Total value in excess of $250 Million.

AFCAP – Camp Taji, Iraq
Position: Project Director
Duration: 2003-2004

Project Director on site for the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) Project, at Camp Taji. Responsible for managing the self-perform, lump sum construction of a 10,000-person man-camp. Included are utilities, road construction, power generation and distribution at FOB Gunner, Taji, Iraq. Responsible for coordination of interface of logistics and military on site. Value $100 Million.
STRUCTURAL STEEL FABRICATION – ADF INTERNATIONAL
Position: Vice President Operations
Duration: 1998-2003

Vice President of Operations for a major steel fabricator and erector with major emphasis on increasing volume and client base in the USA. Responsible for USA project operations, which included high-rise buildings, football stadium, arenas, airports. Responsible for setting goals and objectives for the corporation in regards to sales, revenue and as sold project profitability. Increased sales from $219 Million to $500 Million in 30 months.
FLUOR DANIEL - China

CHRYSLER CORPORATION – Beijing China and Detroit, MI
Position: Program Director/Vice President of Operations
Duration: 1992-1996

Served as Program Director Chrysler Corporation for technology transfer, equipment relocation, process implementation, procedure and methods transfer for the K-Series automobile which included the removal, refurbishing of engine line, body shop, stamping plant and associated equipment. Transfer of equipment from Mexico and USA with subsequent installation in China. Responsible for automotive projects in India and Vietnam.

As Vice President of Operations for Sino Fluor was responsible for the start up of the Fluor China office in Beijing. Areas of responsibilities included staffing, procedure implementation, technology transfer from Fluor Daniel USA to Fluor Daniel China. Training of national staff was paramount to the success of the office, future projects and Fluor Clients.

PANDA MOTORS – Danshui, China
Position: Project Director
Duration: 1990-1991

Project Director for the overall management and coordination of activities between USA, Hong Kong, and People's Republic of China for a 1.7MM square foot automobile assembly plant. Responsibilities included cost control, scheduling, code compliance, quality assurance, contract administration, material review, and owner interface. Value $340 Million

SCECO-WEST – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Position: Project Director
Duration: 1987

Project Director for engineering, procurement, and self-perform construction of a 100kV/13.8kV substation, which included client approval of drawings, vendor approval, code compliance, and project controls. Value $40 Million
