P&L responsibility for all aspects of international design and/or construction management projects ranging from $40 million to over $1.2 billion in total installed cost at the time of execution. Previous executive management positions and responsibilities include Vice President of Operations for the Sino-Fluor Beijing office, Project Director for the $350 million Panda Motors automobile assembly plant in China and Program Director for all facilities programs for Chrysler Corporation in Mexico, India, Vietnam, China and the United States, Program Director for a large consortium and joint venture to execute a design-build, lump sum project for Procter and Gamble, and Vice President of Operations for a major structural steel fabricator and erector with primary focus on USA Operations.

To consult at various points throughout a project's life cycle which will improve project outcomes. Consulting in several areas: Framing, Front End Loading (“FEL”), Alternative Development, FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction and Project Execution Consulting. Plans, schedules, coordinates and directs construction activities for infrastructure projects. Contracts service labor. Plans and assigns work construction crews, and personnel. Schedules work on the basis of operational and economic priority. weather conditions, assessed risk & reward and optimum use of manpower and equipment. Monitors construction, activities and inspects completed work to insure compliance with contract provisions, codes, specifications, construction drawings, safety, fire prevention, security and regulatory requirements. Serves as engineering field representative. Interprets drawings and specifications as required. Coordinates design problems with appropriate group. Insures design changes are correctly implemented and prepares change orders. Project Director on site for the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) Project, at Camp Taji. Responsible for managing the self-perform, lump sum construction of a 10,000-person man-camp. Included are utilities, road construction, power generation and distribution at FOB Gunner, Taji, Iraq. Responsible for coordination of interface of logistics and military on site. Value $100 Million.
Structural Steel Fabrication Adf International
Position: Vice President Operations
Duration: 1998-2003
Vice President of Operations for a major steel fabricator and erector with major emphasis on increasing volume and client base in the USA. Responsible for USA project operations, which included high-rise buildings, football stadium, arenas, airports. Responsible for setting goals and objectives for the corporation in regards to sales, revenue and as sold project profitability. Increased sales from $219 Million to $500 Million in 30 months.

CHRYSLER CORPORATION Beijing China and Detroit, MI Position: Program Director/Vice President of Operations
Duration: 1992-1996
Served as Program Director Chrysler Corporation for technology transfer, equipment relocation, process implementation, procedure and methods transfer for the K-Series automobile which included the removal, refurbishing of engine line, body shop, stamping plant and associated equipment. Transfer of equipment from Mexico and USA with subsequent installation in China. Responsible for automotive projects in India and Vietnam.
As Vice President of Operations for Sino Fluor was responsible for the start up of the Fluor China office in Beijing. Areas of responsibilities included staffing, procedure implementation, technology transfer from Fluor Daniel USA to Fluor Daniel China. Training of national staff was paramount to the success of the office, future projects and Fluor Clients.
