Design Engineering

The job included Plot Plan, Equipment Layout, Vessel nozzle orientation, Piping Plans for critical areas like reactors, towers compressors etc., Isometrics, Vendor drawing review, Stress analysis of piping systems , Pipe supports engineering and spring selection, field engineering, Control and monitoring of all PDS activities
Checking of Equipment layout, Piping layout, Isometrics, Piping BOM, and Vendor drawings; Preparation of as-built drawings.
PDS Modeling of Equipment’s & Piping, Interference checking, Isometrics generation, Drawing manager. Design review session by smart plant review.
Stress Analysis of critical piping using, Caesar-II ,CAEPIPE .
Support Engineering and support bill of materials.
The software’s used :- INTERGRAPH’S Plant Design Systems(PDS),Smart plant review, CAESAR-II, CAEPIPE, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Ms ACCESS/ WORD/ EXCEL.
Having course completion certificate for AutoCad level I II III and Caser II
