* Since August 2006 working as a Food Service/ QHSE Manager in Shaqab Abela Catering in Qatar Petroleum Project in Ras Laffan.
* To ensure that staff under his control observe good personal hygiene and that hygienic practices in accordance with Company Policy.
* Controlling Menu, Cost, All Kitchen administration with client and local bodies.
* Orientates all employees in cleaning procedures and use of equipment and supplies for their area. Supervises them closely until work is satisfactorily accomplished. Checks food for proper temperature prior to serving time.
* Inspects kitchen, dish room, pot washing room, storeroom, locker room, refrigerators, and cafeterias to ensure cleaning standards are met.
* Schedules employees in department, so that all areas have proper coverage. Keeps daily timesheets on all employees.
* Appraises work of employees and recommends promotions, merit increases, transfer or termination.
* Inspects all equipment and prepares work request for repairs needed and sends this to maintenance.
* Prepare preventive planned maintenance system for kitchen equipment, Laundry, Housekeeping, accommodation and recreation. Prepare Safety Cards system for each equipment.
* Manage Storekeeper and ensures that proper records are kept by him. Also ensures that weekly or monthly food requisitions are adequate for required area.
