Providing day to day activity report to Technical Engineer/Field Service Manager in town, Pump the job as design, Conduct pre-job safety meeting with client representative, crew, and third parties to agree on job procedure, design, calculations and Service Quality contingency plans, Rig up in compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Standard, Ensure proper cement head operation procedure & maintenance, Record critical job parameters(density, rate, pressure), Perform sample collection, Calculation of cement volumes & additives to verify with client representative, Ensure crew has and uses proper and functional personal protective equipment(PPE) for the job, Ensuring all activities and personnel comply with HSE legislation, Condition monitoring. Ensure all equipment is on maintenance according to standard.
