* Provide an overview of the Maintenance preventive/corrective, engineering and sub-surface activities in short & medium term, so that asset owners, service providers and senior management all have a common reference.
* Plan activities with inter-asset impact (shared resources, equipment, corporate targets) using SAP.
* Plan and integrate Operations and Engineering work based on business justifications.
* Organise activities such that predetermined production targets can be met and technical integrity is being maintained.
* Co-ordinate and optimise the utilisation of scarce and shared resources.
* Creates the optimised quarterly Directorate 2 year Integrated activity plan, including time, resources. Chairs quarterly/monthly directorate planning meetings. Implements plan change control & variance reporting system.

* Responsible for collection & collation of input to SPDC EA integrated activity planning system & delivery activity plans covering Operations, Maintenance, Underwater Maintenance, Well services, Project & modification.
* Ensure planned maintenace activities (IMPOWER system was utilized.) completed to ascertain equipments technical integrity.
* Provide planning and scheduling services in support of EA FPSO input to the 5 year business planning.
* Liaison with main maintenance contractor to ensure targeted PM maintenance activities executed and ensure contractor's crew resources availability
* Coach and verify planners in preparing integrated 2 years medium term and 90 day short term activity plans, using SAP and MS Project

-Interfaces with contractors, all Engineering disciplines, HSE and procurement departments, to develop, monitor Operational System approach plant maintenance and major shutdown integrated master plan.
-Coordinate and provide project control and planning methodology/guidelines, ensure main mechanical contractors' project execution plan during shutdown phase is in compliance with project contractual requirements. Review and conduct regular planning meetings with contractors prior and during the shutdown execution.
-Participated in projects include: Loading Arms In-Situ Major Overhaul, Maintenance and Debottlenecking for four Trains, MCHE maintenance program, Mercury guard bed vessels installation, Stork Boilers Economizers Tubes replacement and major Rejuvenation initiation projects.
