Source new vendors, develop in-house procedures relating to Procurement issues. Coordinating the Project's expediting, inspection and logistics activities. Liaising with client's engineering consultants (Worley Parsons) in arranging their involvement where required.
Visited Middle & Far Eastern fabrication workshops to audit capabilities & workshop loading prior to negotiation and contract placement for heat exchangers, converters & ductwork.

Schedule & administer Contracts Committee meetings and act as Contracts Secretary and advise partners of ongoing Contracts & Procurement activities / issues.

Liaising closely with Drilling and Production Engineers to advise P.O. status, lead times, technical queries, alternative sources, etc.
